Pricing

The price for grooming is based on many things: Breed, condition of coat, behavior of pet, specialty cuts, and regularity (or lack of) grooming visits. For this reason we do not give exact quotes over the phone. This is also why two different customers with the same breed may have different prices.

We take pets in starting at 7:30am and last appointments are at 2:30pm. Pick-up times start at 9:30am through 6:00pm. Your pet’s visit can vary 2-4 hours or longer, pending the breed and volume of the day.
We try to keep your pet’s visit as short as possible. If you have a preference, you may pre-book your pick-up time by requesting it when make your appointment.

We work by appointment only. It is are policy that if you are more then 20 minutes late for your appointment without a call you will be deemed a NO SHOW and your appointment canceled. 3 No Shows and you will be required to prepay when scheduling your appointment (this is none refundable No shows are a loss of income for me) If it looks like you are going too be late please give us a call so that we can hold your appointment for you or if for some reason you cannot keep your appointment or need to change it a 24 hour notice is required so that we may give your appointment to someone else. Please be considerate of our time and are other clients.We hope we have given you some insight and understanding about your pet’s day at the groomers.
You can see in handling a number of pets a day it is much to a pet’s benefit if the shop operates in an orderly manner. To assure an appointment at your convenience, call in advance if possible or pre book your appointment when you pick up your pet. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call so that we may give your appointment to someone else. If your pet has a sensitive area or health problem, please inform the groomer.
